Shipping Policy

Shipping methods – Standard Shipping.  Your items should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (not including Saturday / Sunday / Holidays) after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.  Orders can be picked up from the storefront – please be sure to select that option when checking out and we will contact you once the order is ready for pickup. 

Expected Timeframes – Most products listed on the website will be packaged to ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.  (No shipments will take place on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays).

Shipping Cost – The shipping cost will be determined by the weight of the product being ordered and the delivery address.

Shipping restrictions – Any serialized gun product (such as the actions – Lite, Short, or Long Actions) will HAVE to be shipped to a licensed FFL.  The actions can NOT be directly shipped to an individual.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, since some packages will ship via UPS.  UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box address.  We will ONLY be able to ship orders to the main 48 states and are unable to ship anything internationally.

Payment methods – We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.)

Cancelling an Order – An order can be cancelled if it has NOT yet been packaged and labeled to be shipped out.  Once the order has been shipped, it is unable to be cancelled.  Once the order is received, it could be returned as long as it is UNUSED, in NEW condition, and within 30 days of the receipt date.  There will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.  

The buyer will be notified, if an item ordered is found to be out of stock after the order is placed.

Controlled goods shipping policy 

All controlled goods will say that they need to be picked up in-store. We will call you once an order is received to organize shipping to an FFL dealer.

 

Return or Refund Policy

If you are wanting to return an item – it must be returned in UNUSED and NEW condition, and within 30 days of the receipt date.  There will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.  If you are having trouble with any product purchased, please feel free to contact us at 270-886-9606 or jessica@bpr21.com and we will do our best to figure out a way to resolve the issue.
